Black Bean Hummus

Black Bean Hummus

Use as a dip for fresh vegetables, as well as baked Tortilla chips and Pita bread triangles.

Ingredients:

1 Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained well 
1 Can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained well 
1 Garlic clove, minced 
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin 
2 Tbs Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste) or Sesame Seeds
1 Tbs fresh Lemon Juice 
1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Directions:

Puree the ingredients in a food processor, or blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
